100Hz Clear Motion Drive II

JVC's 100Hz Clear Motion Drive II detects from more than 8,000 surrounding dots in a frame to create a pixel, and calculates movement in the current frame to the next. This is performed on 2.07 megapixels, in a frame using a dedicated LSI with an original algorithm.

Moving news tickers or sub-titles on the screen, and even scenes with very rapid movement in horizontal, vertical or diagonal direction, will be reproduced clearly without significant loss in overall brightness and detail. Additionally, 10-bit quantisation processing allows rich, natural reproduction in 1 billion colours.
